Minimum of 80% of Selection Committee has to approve nominees for Induction to maintain exclusivity
Induction Ceremony
Hall of Fame Induction will be part of an annual celebration, such as a banquet or halftime of a major sporting event.
Inductees will receive plaques or awards, and their names will be added to a permanent display at the school (if established in future)
Posthumous Recognition
Deceased nominees are eligible and will be represented by family or a designated individual at the ceremony.
Legacy Era Committee Selections
Individuals are selected at the recommendation of Legacy Era Committee based on their primary contributions and achievements to athletics at least 50 years prior to their current nomination year.
Their inclusion helps ensure that athletes, coaches, and contributors whose significant achievements occurred over 50 years ago are given fair consideration for induction, recognizing their foundational impact on the school's athletic legacy thus helps preserve and promote the rich, often under-recognized history of early athletics in the school.
V. APPEAL AND RECONSIDERATION
Nominations not selected for induction will remain active for up to three (3) years.
After this period, a new nomination form must be submitted for reconsideration.
